Shipping Policy
  • Out of state orders USA no sales tax is charged.

  • Australia Local shipping and handling rates vary based on product ordered

  • Flat rate shipping and handling charge of $20.00 for any order over $100.00  (USA)

  • Australia shipping rates (Email for price)  Shipping costs based on stock origination point

  • Orders under $100.00 will have a minimal (additional) shipping and handling charge

  • In stock orders will ship out within 24 to 48 hours

  • Out of stock or special orders will usually ship within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on manufacturer

  • Shipping for the 48 Continental States of the USA will be with UPS or U.S. Postal Service , or
    Australia Post

  • We do not ship to Post Office boxes

  • Military, we do ship to APO addresses

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any international destinations, please call or email for rates

  • Please do not return any product without prior approval and an authorization code

  • In stock or ready made Bedspreads and Comforter (sets only) may be returned within 30 days of
    the date of your receipt for an exchange, refund or credit, less our original shipping and handling
    charges.  (See notes below on web site images, color and fabric)

  • Product will not be accepted for return if not authorized within 30 days of the date of your receipt

  • Product returned must be in new condition in manufacturers packaging with all law labels
    attached. Please include a copy of your sales receipt.

  • Returned product will be inspected and must be in resaleable condition to qualify for credit

  • Accessories and special orders that are not usually stocked, including fabric yardage, custom
    orders, opened sheets and wallpaper are not returnable

  • Accessories that we carry in stock, or are a factory in stock accessory will be accepted for return
    with a 25% restocking charge.  Dana Bedspreads original shipping and handling charges will be
    added to the restocking charge.  Note: customer must also pay return freight charges

  • Health department regulations do not allow us to accept open packages for return or credit. This
    includes sheets, duvets (comforter covers), mattress pads, bed pillows, sheets and pillow cases

  • Web site images may vary from one computer to another. Although we endeavor to upload the
    highest quality images available, we cannot guarantee that the image you see on your monitor will
    depict the exact color, or texture of the fabric shown. We cannot accept returns based on the
    fabric color or texture not being what you thought it may be. Whenever available we will mail a
    fabric swatch upon request.  Note: We will accept returns on comforter (sets only) if the color is
    not what you thought it may be. These items will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.

  • Closeouts and certain clearance items do not qualify for return

  • Dana Bedspreads and Draperies is not responsible for any typographical description and pricing
    errors. If you find an error, please bring it to our attention and we will correct it
